Great customer service from the inno supps team. They were able to assist me with the best options for my goal and the shipping was fast to New York. Really excited to get to my ideal weight and drop 20 pounds with the thermo shred stack.

I ordered Inno Supps several times from their website. Orders usually arrived pretty quick (faster than most companies I've ordered from) and one out of the 5 times I ordered it took about a week and a half. I really enjoyed their Thermo Shred Stack and Vanilla Isolate Protein. I will definitely reoder and am excited to see what new flavors they come up with!

I love my Inno Supps products. I've been a loyal customer for over a year now.

I mix a clean vegan protein shake daily (cinnamon french toast) and blend it up with almond milk and a banana. if you mix the ratio correctly, it seriously tastes comparable to some soft serve. It's definitely helped me not binge on junk food or snacks throughout the day and I really look forward to my shake every day.

I'm one of the unlucky ones that got my order. Unfortunately it doesn't do anything I might as well just it more fiber will have better luck. Positive reviews are probably fake! Writing this on the toilet with great sadness. Waste of money!!

I placed an order and received an email that a label was created on May 6. It’s May 24th and I still haven’t received a package The tracking number has been showing it in a Las Vegas warehouse since. It’s a gamble to order from this company. You should get a similar product from somewhere reputable. I’ve contacted support a couple of times and the response is always the same with no resolution. The crazy thing is, I get bundles of emails from them daily asking me to buy more...

Scrolling down I see a lot off negatives relating to delivery. These guys delivered to me in the Middle East quickly with no problems.
I haven’t taken any of the supplements yet but everything looks good quality.

Sadly terrible customer service and take no accountability. Shouldn’t send products overseas if they refuse to help or refund if package does not arrive, seems like a common theme in the Trust Pilot comments that packages aren’t arriving and Inno Supps response is to simply wash their hands of it. Strange they have a lot of one star reviews and then a load of five star, definitely battling the numerous one star reviews with fake five star ones.
They say the package is via Hermes, Hermes say it’s responsibility of DHL and that DHL only use Hermes network. Bit of an easy way to shift blame but ultimately it falls on Inno Supps, they should review the delivery network they are using and not allow their -evidently 100s of customers looking at this thread - not receiving packages through this network of passing blame.
Do not order from here if you are in UK.

Sad, not happy!
We ordered a lot of products for a big amount.
But still after 3 months nothing.
We mailed innosupps and they replied to say the products were returned to them. But the postoffice said they didn’t receive a package for us. But then innosupps switched and said that it was still on the way.
After 1 month still no products and the received the same reply on our mail. Still no products sadly.
The first order went the same way with a very delayed delivery of 2,5 months. But we were very pleased with the products. So wouldn’t say it’s scam. But it’s a shame that it takes so long.
So after 3 months we don’t have our products nor a refund.
So hopefully everything will work out, because we ordered for a lot of money ????

Be aware when you order it from abroad. I assume there are more then a few guys from germany who tried this. My Order was refused by customs after they checked the stuff part was rejected due to medical laws another part due to food laws. You should state out that it is not possible in several countries or should work in your marketing which is hitting also german Facebook Users. When you do Marketing in a country ensure you could deliver your stuff....100+ USD for nothing !
